Refunds Terms

If an error occurs, such as a wrong or duplicate transaction, we will process a refund after verifying the issue. Refunds for such transactions will be initiated within 7 working days and credited back to the original payment method.

If we do not start the work within 7 days from the agreed-upon start date, the customer is entitled to request a refund.

For any refund inquiries related to incorrect transactions, please contact our support team at contact@menpanitech.com or +919150441443. Include your transaction details and a brief explanation of your issue to help us resolve it quickly.

Non Refunds Terms

Once we begin working on your project or have delivered any part of the source code, we operate under a no-refund policy. Our online software development services involve customized work specifically tailored to your requirements. Given the personalized nature of these services, once the project has been initiated, significant time, effort, and resources are invested. In cases where the code has been delivered or the development process has started, we cannot reverse the work completed. Therefore, if a customer chooses to cancel the project after it has begun, no refunds will be issued. This is because the value of the work lies in its creation, which cannot be reclaimed or reused for other clients.

If the customer does not provide a proper scope document and later requests a refund, we are unable to process such requests. Without a clear and detailed scope, the project direction can be affected, making it impossible to offer a refund.

In the event that milestone payments are delayed, which consequently extends the project duration, no refunds will be provided. Project timelines are dependent on timely payments, and any delay on the client’s part will naturally extend the deadline. In such cases, we will provide the source code based on the work completed up to that point, but a refund cannot be issued.
